He is so lovely, and I love the unusual names you have gone for with both your boys :) Such a good little boy already. Congratulations :D

I am so glad he's safe and sound and that you are too Noelle! It's been quite the journey for you both! He is soooo cute!! Seriously, you guys have the cutest kids! Congratulations and we love you guys!! PS How the heck did you get him to sleep 5 hours straight? I can't get my 15 month old to do that.

He already looks so different in this pic compared to the first ones you put up, but totally cute. I love the name, I wanted to call a girl Evangeline so she could be 'Van' for short. I hope you're getting on well with 2, I can imagine its a little bit hectic, but I'm sure Balin is being good ;)

Sounds like a keeper! I hope that Noelle is trying to squeeze in five hours as well. I had to ask John if you served together in Vannes (he said you didn't), or if the name is in reference to something besides the French city. I hope that baby and mom continue to be healthy and strong, and hope that Balin is appreciating his new role of big brother!

Ann, Talitha, Jen, Britt, Selima, Megan - Thank you all for the compliments!

Talitha - We both like unusual names, and I guess it shows in what we choose :D

Jen & Brittney - We appreciate your prayers and are so glad that he managed to stay cooking so long! I've had to be so careful for so long, it feels, that it just seems a bit unreal that we've got this perfectly healthy and strong little man out of it!

Britt - re the sleeping, I'll email you (last night it was 6hrs straight) :D

Slim - That's true - I've just looked at a photo of Balin at about the same age and other than Balin being fairer haired, and having dimples, you honestly wouldn't have a clue which was which, now. Yet on the day Vannes was born I thought they looked totally different! And I'm glad you like the name, too. You are right, it can be a little hectic, but I just keep thinking 'I've done this with SO many more children than two, I can do this!' It's just a little different when you're feeding one and the other would like to come sit on your knee to read his favourite book five times, too! ;) But yes, Balin is being brilliant just as presumed! :D

Meg - Yeah, I reckon we won't send this one back, either... :D

Megan - I forgot to say, Balin comes up and strokes Vannes' tummy, and gives him hugs, so I guess he's settled with having a little person around - maybe it's pretty good being a big brother...! :D
